The value of worldwide [B]FPGA[/B] shipments is expected to increase from $1.9 billion in 2005 to $2.75 billion by 2010, with much of the revenue coming from low-volume shipments, according to In-Stat.
By 2010, the largest two end-use segments will continue to be communications and industrial, growing to a combined FPGA market share of 76.8 percent from 73.8 percent in 2005.
